Pelvic Care Physiotherapy offers a range of educational and practical sessions for the childbearing year as well as adolescent women.
These educational sessions are all about YOU! You can select any of the below options and a class will be run for you!
Healthy Pregnancy
The Pelvic Care Physiotherapist discusses changes to the body during pregnancy and after you have a baby. We focus on breast changes, pelvic and back care, hormones, pelvic floor muscles.
Childbirth education
The Pelvic Care Physiotherapist discusses how to optimise your birthing experience. We teach you about the stages of birth, strategies to support you during each stage, pain relief options (including TENS), early post-partum advice to optimise healing and recovery.
Postnatal recovery
The Pelvic Care Physiotherapist discusses perineal recovery, safe pelvic floor muscle and general exercising, postural control, stomach recovery and return to intimacy and sex.

All classes are designed and tailored to meet your needs.
You can can opt to have a class run for individuals, with partners, in groups and for health care professionals.Amy Lipshutz, the Pelvic Care Physiotherapist has had many years of experience in delivering these classes.
Classes can be run in-clinic or in the comfort of your home at a time that suits you.
