About Us
Pelvic Care Physiotherapy is a physiotherapy service that enables individuals and groups to access pelvic health care in their own private, comfortable setting or at a clinic.
Pelvic health issues can be sensitive topics and at times are associated with feelings of embarrassment. With this in mind we will always treat people professionally and with the utmost respect and confidentiality.
Providing a mobile service alongside rooms-based practice means that whether you are a soon to be/new mum; have mobility difficulties; or find it difficult to get to appointments, you can now get excellent care for your pelvic issues delivered right to your door!

APA Titled Continence & Women's Health Physiotherapist
Hi! I have worked in pelvic health for more than 20 years and have experience in both the private and public health sectors. I am the director of Pelvic Care Physiotherapy, and feel very passionate about offering a mobile service so that pelvic health care can be more accessible to women. I love working with women at different life stages who are experiencing pelvic health-related issues. I also enjoy being able to offer pelvic health services to men (clinic-based).
With three children of my own I am passionate about antenatal and postnatal care in the childbearing year. I also have special interests in providing education to adolescents to optimise their pelvic health for the future; supporting individuals with chronic pelvic pain; assisting women during the peri and postmenopausal stages; helping men achieve improved continence outcomes.
When not working I love to spend time with my gorgeous and very active three boys, husband and dog! I love to travel and was very fortunate to recently caravan around Australia for 8 months! I enjoy baking delicious treats, doing work outs, pilates and yoga.
