What to expect from your appointment
Amy at Pelvic Care Physiotherapy will take time to understand and assess your problem. A holistic approach is used that takes into consideration the biological problem, psychological background and social context to ensure the best outcomes are achieved.
Together we will choose the best way to assess your problem. Assessment may involve an internal (either vaginal or rectal) or external (fully clothed if desired) check.
To achieve your goals, treatments may include: education, exercise prescription and products.
